Description
The Admiral’s Pearl Harbor VIP Tour is the ultimate self-guided experience at Hawaiʻi’s most visited historic site. Created by Pacific Historic Parks and the National Park Service, this immersive program combines the official USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Multimedia Tour with all four Virtual Reality experiences available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Hosted by actress Jamie Lee Curtis alongside Pearl Harbor survivors and NPS historians, the tour guides you through 28 stops across the Visitor Center and shoreline exhibits. You’ll explore the “Road to War” and “Attack” galleries, learn from eyewitness accounts, and see rare archival photos and videos that vividly recreate the events of December 7, 1941. nnThe self-paced format lets you choose your level of depth, from quick highlights to in-depth audio and visuals. The included VR component adds another layer of emotion and realism, transporting you into the skies and harbor of 1941. This is the official narrated tour recommended for all guests seeking a deeper understanding of Pearl Harbor’s history. Headphones, a souvenir map, and multilingual narration (available in nine languages) are included. Boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are sold separately via Recreation.gov.
Itinerary
07:00 – Check in at USS Arizona Narrated Tour Desk (Pearl Harbor Visitor Center courtyard)
07:15 – Begin multimedia narrated tour and explore museum exhibits
08:00 – Experience 4 Virtual Reality Tours at the VR Center
09:00 – Continue along “Path of Attack” shoreline route
09:45 – Conclude at the Visitor Center bookstore or optional film viewing
Tour duration flexible between 60–90 minutes.

Adults (13+) $43.99; Children (4–12) $31.99. Offered daily from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Check in at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center courtyard. Boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are not included and must be reserved separately ($1 via Recreation.gov).

Instructions
Check in at USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour Desk at least 15 minutes before start time. Begin any time between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; allow 90 minutes to complete. Boat tickets to memorial must be booked separately if desired.
Restrictions
No large bags, purses, or backpacks. Not suitable for children under 4 (VR restrictions). Fully accessible for wheelchairs and hearing/visual impairments.
Transportation
Independent self-guided walking experience within Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
