This remarkable virtual reality experience offers a rare glimpse of the USS Arizona as she rests beneath the harbor. Created in partnership with the National Park Service, the *Explore the USS Arizona Today VR Tour* immerses you in a fully interactive underwater exploration of the 608-foot-long battleship. Using advanced 360° imagery, visitors can virtually swim around the wreck site, inspect the massive gun turrets, and view the memorial that now sits above the ship’s remains. The tour also reveals Barbette #4 — the area where surviving crew members have chosen to have their ashes interred alongside their shipmates. nnThis self-guided, 15-minute program takes place at the Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center, with easy-to-use equipment and comfortable seating. It’s a powerful way to appreciate both the passage of time and the enduring significance of this underwater war grave. Whether you’re visiting Pearl Harbor for the first time or returning to learn more, this short but moving experience deepens understanding of the USS Arizona’s legacy and the heroes it continues to honor.
